The project proposes impacts to approximately 398 feet of the Schuylkill River, 4.88 acres of floodway, 0.67 acre of temporary impacts to a palustrine emergent wetland (Exceptional Value), and 0.78 acre of a permanent conversion to a palustrine forested wetland (Exceptional Value). Public comment is open until October 15, 2023
